1、 Overview:
　　The horizontal centrifugal pump is designed based on the unique structural combination of IS centrifugal pump and vertical pump, and is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international standard ISO2858 and the latest national pipeline centrifugal pump standard JB/T53058-93 as an efficient and energy-saving product. The pump is optimized and designed using advanced hydraulic models in China. At the same time, based on different usage temperatures, media, etc., hot water pumps, high-temperature pumps, chemical pumps, oil pumps, etc. are derived from the ISW type, which are currently standardized and promoted products in the country.
2、 Advantages:
　　1. Smooth operation: The absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation without any vibration.
　　2. Drip proof: Hard alloy seals made of different materials ensure that there is no leakage during the transportation of different media.
　　3. Low noise: The water pump under two low-noise bearings runs smoothly, with almost no noise except for weak motor noise.
　　4. Low failure rate: The structure is simple and reasonable, and the key parts are matched with international first-class quality, greatly improving the fault free working time of the whole machine.
　　5. Easy to maintain: replace seals and bearings, simple and convenient.
　　6. More land saving: The exit can be arranged in three directions: left, right, and up, which is convenient for pipeline layout and installation, saving space.
2、 Purpose:：
　　1 ISW type pipeline centrifugal pump is used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire pressure boosting, and equipment matching. The operating temperature T is ≤ 80 ℃.
　　2 The ISWR (WRG) type hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, restaurants and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The ISWR operating temperature T: ≤ 120 ℃, WRG operating temperature T: ≤ 240 ℃.
　　3 IHW horizontal chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for departments such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature is T:- 20 ℃ -120 ℃.
